Ordering

Quality service and fast delivery is our top priority and something we do not and will not compromise on. 

Simply do your shopping online and complete payment through the website. There's no need to wait as we'll get an alert right away about your order. We have scheduled to go to Costco 3 times a week so you can be rest assured that your order should get to you within 5 days* of putting through your order.

We currently are not offering grocery services for perishable items/products. We may be able to do this if you live within 20kms radius from us. Get in touch with us to make arrangements directly.

Payments

We offer a loyalty points system where you can earn rewards equivalent to every dollar saved on COSTCO products with rebate. ​Avail your loyalty points and save money with your next order. This makes shopping with us even more convenient and rewarding!

 

Our online shopping service is the perfect solution for a hassle-free shopping experience. It is convenient and easy to use, and all products available on the website already include our service fee so there are no hidden costs. You will only factor in the shipping cost at the end of your shopping (for orders less than $150 and if an additional box is required).

Yes! We are a registered AFTERPAY merchant. The option should be available while you shop.

Returns, Refunds, Exchange & Cancellations

We will follow COSTCO's double guarantee policy (see here). Please note that we are a third party provider, so service fee(s) will apply for any COSTCO product that needs to be returned/refunded.

If you have a subscription service with us, you only have to take care of the product's return shipping cost and we can process the replace/refund on the next scheduled grocery shop for you. If the product is being refunded, it can be deducted from your current grocery list to make it easier for you. You won't be charged a service fee for this (limited to single product only). 

IMPORTANT: It's best to choose your purchases carefully especially if you are only planning to use our service as one-off to avoid incurring additional service fee(s) getting your product refunded.

Shipping

The service we provide means that we physically have to go to the COSTCO warehouse to shop on your behalf when you place an order through us. This is a pilot service and we currently do not hold any product to be able instantly pack and ship your order.

​NOW Couriers have been fast and reliable with their delivery service with 100% satisfaction rate from our customers so far but we still allow an extra day or two for them to get it delivered to your doorstep.

We are currently operating in our humble abode in Auckland. Yes, we might likely allow pick up but this is done at our discretion. We are happy to arrange the logistics with you and it might even work for the better if we deliver it straight to you instead (within a reasonable travel distance range).

And since we do not have enough storage to keep all the good stuff that COSTCO has to offer, there are no products stocked in our premises. You can be rest assured that all items delivered to you came from the COSTCO warehouse directly, brought to our home to be packaged and shipped right away. 

Please also note that this does not mean that you would be able to pick up your order right away, especially at times when we have priority orders that we need process first.

We'd love to have a look at the possibility of this option! We are happy to do a drop-off service straight from the COSTCO warehouse.

We follow IRD's set kilometre rate (2021-2022) which has been set to $0.83c per kilometre. Travel distance is calculated through Google Maps from Point A (Costco Warehouse) to Point B (your set destination).
