Couriers

We use multiple local courier services for deliveries including Post Haste, Castle Parcels, and NOW Couriers.

Delivery Timeframes

How long will my delivery take?

  • We pride ourselves on same-day processing. Typically, deliveries take 3-4 business days, depending on your location.
  • For standard orders, expect delivery within 3-5 business days (+2 extra business days for rural delivery).
  • Larger or oversize orders may take 3-7 business days (+2 extra business days for rural delivery).

Delays 

Could there be delays?

  • None of the carriers collect on a weekend (Saturday & Sunday), therefore orders processed on a Friday will not be shipped for delivery until Monday. 
  • During holidays, launches, and promotions, delivery timeframes may be extended.
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays due to natural occurrences, transportation strikes, or local mail carrier delays. Please reach out to us for assistance.

Shipping Cost

How much does delivery cost?

  • Shipping costs vary based on item size, weight, and your shipping address.
  • Orders of $150 or more qualify for FREE shipping, provided items fit in a standard box #9 (510x380x585 mm). Additional items may incur extra fees.
  • Oversize items do not qualify for free shipping. If your item is oversize, we'll contact you with a shipping cost quote before proceeding.

Where do you deliver?

  • We deliver throughout New Zealand, including outer islands (Chatham Islands, Stewart Island, Kauwau Island, Waiheke Island, Matakana Island, Great Barrier Island & d’Urville Island) with additional costs.
  • Please note, we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Click & Collect

Can I click & collect?

  • Yes, we may offer click & collect services.
  • Please note, as we operate from our home and do not have a physical shop at this time, click & collect is available at our discretion.

Track Orders

How can I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking ID. Track your parcel here.
  • It's important to provide accurate shipping details; we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
